Spice salon Reviews

This is now Alo North. I wasn't informed it was changing until I called to make an appointment! My stylist was the same and great as always!! However when I went to pay it was 67 dollars more than I used to pay!! I was never informed of the increased cost. The place has been redone and is horrible. There is a tree stump for your belongings and it's all open, minimalistic they call it!! Cheap is what I call it!! The new chairs are super uncomfortable. There used to be a coloring deck where you couod sit in a cozy chair while your color was being processed, now you have to sit (even longer because their colors now take longer) in this uncomfortable barber shop type chair. It used to be a cozy salon!! The huge window where people walk by feels like you are on display! Oh and you have to cancel within 48 hours or have to pay 50% of your service and if you cancel within 24 hours you have to pay 100% of your service!! Ridiculous!! Im a healthcare worker so sometimes I get called in to work! Plus if you are sick I guess you just have to go or pay! This place is horrible and as much as I love my stylist I will not be a customer there anymore. I found a place way cheaper and nicer!

Kim is the absolute best there!!! I really love how she listens and pays attention exactly for what you’re asking for. She is incredibly talented and I just love chatting with her. Really makes you feel like a valued client: highly suggest for balayage, blonding, cuts you name it!

Great Salon. Very welcoming Sue was so warm and friendly. Chris was great. We bonded immediately :) She did a great job on my hair. THANK YOU! I would recommend to anyone. So clean and well managed.

I have now converted my whole family to come to Spice. I always see Casey, she is a hoot to chat with, knows her hair, and is extremely personable. She now cuts my little girls hair and I've brought my husband in as well. He now wants me to schedule him an appointment with her, which makes me chuckle because he was always a clippers in the bathroom kind of guy. It's a great salon all around. Very clean and nicely decorated.

I absolutely love Spice Salon! The service is wonderful, the salon is clean and welcoming, and my stylist Jackie is the best! I know everyone says that but she seriously is. She hits the ball out of the park with color and cut every time! My blonde turns out perfect! Whether it’s ashy or platinum, changing it up with a major cut or freshening up an existing style, Jackie won’t disappoint. If you are looking for an awesome salon in Delaware, Spice Salon is simply amazing!
